Location: Remote (open to candidates with employment rights in USA, UK or Ethiopia or on a consultancy basis for candidates based in other geographies)
Contract: 12-month contract renewal subject to availability of funds

Key relationships: Global team, Salesforce relationship manager, DHIS2 consultants, other third party suppliers

Purpose of Role:
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and effective use of Information and Data Management Systems across Lifebox, ensuring these systems are accessible and reliable in supporting our global aims. The role is responsible for the administration, support, customisation and configuration of digital systems at Lifebox, including of our CRM Salesforce. The role will be the go-to person for users across a range of digital systems and with different support needs, and will be an advocate for digitalisation within the organization. The role is responsible for data quality and security across all digital platforms.
