Lifebox Pulse Oximetry Workshop

The Lifebox pulse oximetry workshop teaches teaches the basic concepts behind oxygen delivery and the causes of hypoxia, and provides guidance on how to manage the condition using the Hypoxia Action Plan and a pulse oximeter.

This is a one day, modular course available in several languages aimed at non-physician anesthesia providers and is also available as an online self learning course . The course was developed by a panel of global anesthesia experts and covers:

Module 3: The Hypoxia Action Plan
Module 4: Clinical scenarios
Module 5: The WHO Surgical Safety Checklist
